Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Khushnuma Clothing, every order is carefully inspected before it is packed and dispatched. We are committed to delivering genuine, premium-quality products. As each product undergoes quality checks, we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only if you receive a damaged product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery time.
• A single, uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory. The recording must begin with the sealed parcel and clearly capture the complete opening process.
• The product must remain unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• After reviewing and approving your request, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Please Note

• Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.
• Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
• Variations in colour caused by lighting, photography, or different screen displays are natural and are not treated as defects.
• Exchanges are not available for incorrect size selection, personal preferences, or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
